Hire rates as of February 2023 :
S: Standard rates (parties, weddings):
£50 per hour
£125 for three hours
£250 all-day hire
C: Commercial profit-making organisations:
£50 per hour
£125 for three hours
P: Public service & local authorities (community groups, meetings and classes):
£40 per hour
£100 for three hours
V: Regular weekly meetings for voluntary, charity and hobby groups:
Monday-Friday: £30 per hour, £45 for two hours, £55 for three hours
Saturday-Sunday: £35 per hour, £50 for two hours, £60 for three hours
CB: Casual bookings for voluntary, charity and hobby groups:
Monday-Sunday: £40 per hour, £75 for two hours
£20 per hour to book the office.
Deposits are required for casual bookings and cleaning charges may also be applicable if the hall is not left in a satisfactory condition, at the discretion of the manager.
Parties: £200 deposit. Other events: £100 deposit. Cleaning fee: £50.
10% will be added onto your hire rate to cover public liability, unless you hold your own insurance and can forward a current copy.
